Hi Brenda,

There isn’t a sewer stub to this location. There is a water service but no meter and there hasn’t been a building on this lot for some time. Here are the total estimates for SDC’s as of today.

Water (3/4”) $3,943

Sewer $4,974

Stormwater $1,436

Transportation (Gen Office 710) $9,837

Parks $0 (Exempt)

Total $20,189

This roadway is in a moratorium which means that the installation of a sewer lateral will require the standard tee cut along with a 2” grind and inlay with sand seal in accordance with 2.7.3 of the PW standards.

Gerald,

Can you do a SDC estimate for the potential buyer for a general commercial building at 206 S Molalla Ave.

They want to build an office for a financial firm – 1600 SF building with 2500 SF of impervious surface.

Additionally, I couldn’t find a sewer stub to this location. I checked the Molalla Ave as-builts and checked with Zinder. Can’t find one. Am I missing something?
