They also asked about SDC credit for the residential house that was on this empty lot, towards the new commercial building they want. And they asked if they have to put in a driveway to the business since they are allowed to have on street parking here based on Planning requirements.

Gerald,

Can you do a SDC estimate for the potential buyer for a general commercial building at 206 S Molalla Ave.

They want to build an office for a financial firm – 1600 SF building with 2500 SF of impervious surface.

Additionally, I couldn’t find a sewer stub to this location. I checked the Molalla Ave as-builts and checked with Zinder. Can’t find one. Am I missing something?
