Gerald,

The owner of 206 S Molalla Ave (vacant lot) has a few questions about the sewer and water to his property. I checked the Molalla Ave as-builts and couldn’t find a sewer or water line to this lot.

He would like to know:

1. If they rebuild here will there be any SDC credits allowed since there was a house here 26 years ago?

2. He would like to get a sewer and water connection but is aware of the moratorium (said he spoke with you before).

a. He is wondering if he can do a temporary party connection to the lot next door which he also owns till the moratorium is expired? (I told him that I didn’t think so as we don’t allow party connection).

b. Also wondering what you would require to cut into the street now with the moratorium – is it a full street grind and inlay or is it strictly forbidden?

Is there any way he could connect that I haven’t thought about?
