To clear up one point of confusion – the ZC is for zoning checklist. No zone change is proposed. This prefix will be going away for items that reach you (i.e. back to BP). A little planning program development stepping stone.

Let’s talk about the project at our Thursday meeting. Our read is that the addition will utilize a preexisting, nonconforming (due to spacing and materials) access on the property.

With the improvements they are doing constitute a change that would trigger improvements? Also, this is listed as a zone change. Are they trying to change from medium density to low density?
