I am considering buying the Wells Fargo Bank building and property at 200 Center Street.

What are the possible SDC fees if the new use is not a bank and if it sits empty for more than a year?

Possible uses are retail and large office. It cannot be another bank for two years per condition of sale.

I need an answer to these questions ASAP or the sale will be cancelled. Thanks for your prompt

attention to this matter.
