Hi Gary,

No effect. The sewer, transportation, and water master plans accounted for the bank as "in operation" and we essentially classify it that way until a change in use or an update to the master plans. Those updates wont happen again for another 7-10 years so you are good to go.

Regards,

Hi again Gerald,

How does being vacant for a year affect these numbers as I have no potential client at the moment. And, no this is not a potential location for the other store at this time. Just in case if it were a store, how would that affect things?

Thanks for you help and getting back to me so quickly.

Gary

I took a look at general office, small office, corporate office, and single tenant office classifications and all are under the bank trip generation so there would be no impacts to the system if they were under these classifications. If you want to look at other specific non-office uses then let me know and I can check those trip numbers.

On the surface it looks like the conversion to an office use will not generate any SDC impacts. Hope this helps and let me know if you have any other questions. Thanks.
