The City has completed a final inspection for project 200 Block of Eckerd (BP14-2020) and found no deficiencies and hereby releasing the maintenance bond and closing out your project. Payment held for bonding will be mail out on the next check run or you can pick it up at city hall. Please contacting Cindy (cc) in our finance department if wanting to pick-up the check. Let me know if you have any questions.

i can round up what our costs were but want to make sure of what is considered in the public improvement catagory.....
i'm assuming curb, gutter, sidewalk and paving of the street. does the water and sewer services get lumped into that?
we generally don't purchase bonds; it's simpler to just do a cash bond. hope that's ok?
