I see no issues. I will notify you when the one-year reinspection has been completed, to make sure there are no corrections need prior to issuing the check. Reinspection is Scheduled for June 30.

Hello Guys,
Hard to believe but we are close to that time of year again getting ready to close yet another year! The maintenance bond for Bells construction is still on the books and we need to make that zero by the end of the year. Since you indicated that it can be released July 2022 can we cut that check to them by June 30 then hold it and give to them in July?

We can release after the one 1-Year Maintenance Bond period has ended in July of 2022. I have put a reminder in my calendar a final inspection prior to release, in case any correction are needed.
