Hello Guys,
Hard to believe but we are close to that time of year again getting ready to close yet another year! The maintenance bond for Bells construction is still on the books and we need to make that zero by the end of the year. Since you indicated that it can be released July 2022 can we cut that check to them by June 30 then hold it and give to them in July?

No Andy that is not necessary. I remember this when it happened we were just holding onto the money until the end of the project. It was more of a reminder. Just wanted to make sure it was not forgotten about!

We can release after the one 1-Year Maintenance Bond period has ended in July of 2022. I have put a reminder in my calendar a final inspection prior to release, in case any correction are needed.
