Did Sam or Gerald do the PW inspection? Basically, you need sign off from the City – PW, Planning, and Finance to get occupancy. I’ve attached that form in case you need it.

The inspections start with PW and then Planning and Finance take a look. Sam will be back in the morning.

dan,

we are wrapping up this building. all clackamas county inspections are complete. we are looking to lay sod tomorrow for the front yard and then lay some bark at yard perimeter and down the sides of the building.

what all do you need to look at?

i know someone came and checked our water and sewer service boxes and cleanouts.

is there other inspections i need to have with molalla?
