Hello Ray,

Once the project has been completed, and all Condition have been meet. I will conduct a final inspection on all Public Work infrastructure. Minimum requirement for Asphalt listed below.

• * Minimum total thickness of AC on local streets shall be four 4 inches or matching existing, which ever one is greater.
• * Submit Asphalt Mix Design before paving can take place.
• * Compaction test over all trenches prior to paving and Density test once paving takes place. (I was unaware of compaction test done by NW, and or didn’t receive any results.)
• * All joints to be Tac & Sand.

sam,

curb and gutter are all poured on eckerd. didn't know if you did an after pour inspection? turned out pretty good...

also, looking to get paver lined up to patch the street. what's the thickness required there for the asphalt? i know joe hurd had nw geotechnical out there testing compaction when he was backfilling the ditches so i'm hoping that part is all complete and all we need to do is pave........

let me know if i'm missing anything before we proceed.
