dan,
following the earlier emails and with sam miller today and i'm a little confused...... you mentioned one of the lots has connection fees etc... and the other does not. want to make sure of what needs to be covered and what is already covered?

Hi Ray,
Happy Friday. Please find your approvals for the two new duplexes (BP14-2020 and BP15-2020) and the Notice of Decisions for the adjustment applications (ADJ02-2020 and ADJ03-2020) attached. The approvals also include conditions from Public Works. Also note that the 2nd approval has connection fees included and the first one doesn’t. This was an oversight but the same fees apply to both properties.
As the City received no public comment for the adjustment application, you are the only ones with standing to appeal the decision. The decision for the adjustment becomes final on August 1st.
I believe you have already begun this but please coordinate with Sam Miller, cc’d in this email, for your ROW permit for utility connection.
