Good Afternoon Ray,

Going through the application, I notice we are still missing the ROW application for Public Works. Which you can find a fillable form online, by going to our web site. “ Click Link Below” and payment of all required fees, which include Pre Duplex.

• * Row Permit fee of $150.00
• * Water hookup fee $600
• * Sewer hookup fee $600, and
• * Water/Sewer Deposit $100

This will need to happen before we can issue the approved application. Please let me know if you have any questions.
