Please provide comment on the attached application for a duplex. For your reference, this application pertains to the southern of the selected parcels.
Gerald and Alice – I’d like to discuss this one briefly in our Thursday meeting. It gives us a chance to revisit the alley question There’s an alley in the back that we could require to be used for access/garage space.
