CofO signoff is still with civil review. Each department signs off (Public Works, Planning, Finance). Let us know when you’ve paved and Planning can take a look at the house. That process should go very quickly if all matches the original plans.

We had one of our last county inspections yesterday,(130 Shirley St) and the inspector mentioned that he would need a letter from the city before he could give a final. Not sure what you need for that or how I go about obtaining it etc. (inspector was unsure what was needed other than he needed it for final).

If you could let me know I would appreciate it.
