I’ve attached the form your need from us. It’s a no-fee process for the first two inspections, as needed. I’d recommend dropping it by Monday as our office is a little sparse right now, myself included 

Good Morning Dan

We had one of our last county inspections yesterday,(130 Shirley St) and the inspector mentioned that he would need a letter from the city before he could give a final. Not sure what you need for that or how I go about obtaining it etc. (inspector was unsure what was needed other than he needed it for final).

If you could let me know I would appreciate it.
