Hi Dan

Thank you for the quick turnaround. The building permit process was started a couple of weeks ago. So I will email them the authorization to release building permit, that is the only thing currently missing in my file.

One question was there SDC calculation attached or to pickup next week when I come in to pay?

Your building permit authorization approval is completed and ready at City Hall. SDC payment is required at the time of pickup. I have attached SDC calculations as well as connection fees for the project. The release letters attached to your approval (not within this email) authorize your procedure to Clackamas Building and Molalla Public Works.
