Hi Dan,

Since it is only a house remodel with no change in use, I don’t think that we can require under our code for them to construct the sidewalk and driveway on the south side of the property along 2nd street. Correct me if I am wrong on this. Thanks.

The use is not changing. It has been an existing mixed use home (Commercial/Residential) located in a commercial zone.

The remodel will cost $30,000 will a current assessed value of $69,716.00
