Hi Dan,
There was no survey found that shows partition of property. The property 124 Engle Ave and 107 E 2nd St are in subdivision Gregory’s First Addition to Molalla [0333] Lot 7, Block 1. Also, I included survey SN1-293 that shows Lot 7, Block 1. Attached is survey SN27501 that shows the width of road south and east of both properties. Here is tax map 5S2E09CC showing property as tax lot 10000 & 10001 and is not a survey and used for tax purposes but will show surrounding properties. I also included the history of both properties if you need to look up older deeds they are available at the Recorders office (503) 655-8551. Here are the two deeds listed on both properties 2017-022982 for property 124 Engle Ave and 1999-082176 for property 107 E 2nd St. I attached a guide to selecting a land surveyor if you were interested in hiring a land surveyor to locate monuments. Subject: 107 E 2nd ST and 124 Engle Ave in Molalla
The owner at 124 Engle Ave is looking to remodel the structure on that taxlot. 124 Engle and 107 E 2nd ST are shown as two different taxlots however we are unable to find a partition plat indicating that they are in fact two different properties.
Can you confirm whether this property was ever partitioned and if it was partitioned would you be able to send that document?
