The client has had an excavator/landscaper out and infilled the area next to the sidewalk and added gravel at the power pole per our phone conversation - please see attached.

Clackamas Country reach out to Molalla City Office in response to releasing of the C of O. The required processes have not been completed according to the Public Works permit PW65-2019. Before the City can sign off for the release of C of O.

A final inspection is required to close out the permit.
