Hi Mike,

Same applicant but this is a new application with a different tenant. I don’t see the showroom as a component of this one. More traditional office use. Looks like they’re mostly taking out the guts (electrical and HVAC) with a few cosmetic and functional improvements while leaving the site and interior layout as is.

In 2017 (P45-2017) The same applicant applied for a remodel with curb cut for a vehicle show room. See attached. If the time frame has ran out, then my comments will be the same as before for the show room. I have attached them as well.
