I inspected the sidewalks on Berkley and 2nd St. related to this site and about half of them need to be replaced on 2nd. Just wanted you to know before you write up the conditions of approval.

One thing to note – the landscaping has grown (overgrown) everything so its difficult to diagnose the sidewalk issue. Is it possible to get the sidewalk area cleaned up a bit so we can see what’s under it?

Hi Aldo,
I thought I'd email you to touch base on the 124 Berkley project. I missed you on Tuesday while you were on vacation and ended up going ahead and submitting the drawings and applications to Brenda Breiner.
Since we had previously discussed meeting on the project, if you would still like me me to come in and meet you to discuss the drawings, let me know and we can set something up next week. Otherwise, if everything makes sense to you, we probably don't need to meet.
FYI - the county told me several times that your approval needs to be shown on one of the 11x17 drawings along with your letter, so I hope that's not too inconvenient.
I am working on getting Brenda the valuation for the curb cut and will hopefully have that before the beginning of next week.
