Hi Aldo,

The items in there can be required under our code and the cost of their remodel has nothing to do with the deficiencies in the right of way fronting their property that they need to deal with or their encroachment onto public property. She will need to make an appointment with Christie for my time and it will be limited to a maximum of 30 minutes.

Hey Gerald,

I know your trying to catch up from the conference. So sorry for all the emails I’m sending.

I sent the developer/architect the PW conditions for this project. She came in late last week wanting to talk about the conditions that were attached. Suggesting that the conditions/improvements can only be a percent of the total construction cost. Basically she is saying that we are asking too much for the remodel.

I talked to Brenda regarding this project. I believe the construction cost does not apply to these public improvements, since they need to be brought up to current standards, correct? Anyway, I mentioned that you were at the conference, so she might try to get a hold you this week.

I will be finishing the Planning Review tomorrow, but I just wanted to let you know.
