They said that they connected to sewer in 2014 and built the toilet wash. They sent me the above documents showing what permits they used for this work. It appears they got approval from the County in 2014 and I could not find a PW Permit. Aldo told them that they will need to do some improvements if they ever come in for land use including landscaping, and public improvements. We told them they will start getting billed for sewer in Jan of 2019. I'm wondering if there is anything else I need to do on this case? I have also attached records that I just downloaded from the county. The address at that time was 102 Shaver which was later changed to 122 Shaver, which may have been why you were unable to locate them. Let me know if there is anything else you need form us.
