I am working with finance to calculate #1 below for the Clink Scales code enforcement. I’m wondering what the SDC charge would be for them? I wasn’t sure if they have a 1” meter or larger. Also, I would like to charge them for a commercial PW Permit fee due to the work on this is taking a lot of my time. I’m meeting with Heather on Wed to calculate the monthly fee.

1. 1. $monthly base rate at 8.5 years and monthly use based on water bill
2. 2. $600 fee to connect to sanitary
3. 3. $commercial SDC for sanitary connection size of line?
4. 4. $1000 PW Permit fee - $300 plan review and $700 construction inspection
5. 5. $CC Plumbing permit
