Ross Street -- Interest in redeveloping this site Hi Gerald (and Dan and Dan), I just talked to a Salem real estate professional who has a client interested in potentially redeveloping the site marked in white below – 121 W. Ross Street – with a mixed use development with Artisanal/Light Manufacture use on the ground level with multi-family housing above. This property is accessible by alley only. He has two questions. I told him I would send you a note and get back to him with the answer, if you want to respond to me via email:
BTW – This guy seemed genuinely interested in mixed use redevelopment opportunities in downtown Molalla. He was very pleased with the density allowed for mixed use developments and also the fact that no off-street parking is required in the C-1zone.
