Called him. Sounds like he just has some minor Qs about meter requirements which can be funneled through Sam. I invited him to send over a plot plan for review prior to submission since we can’t do counter interface.
Cody’s work is usually close enough that I feel comfortable with that.

I will be the contractor building the tri plex for Carol and Scott Maloy at the newly partitioned parcel at 118 N Cole St. I believe she has spoken with someone in the past about her project and she has handed it off to me to finalize the details and complete the project.
She has relayed some information to me in regards to things she gathered at the City office but I would like to further explore the details.
I'd like to start a conversation in regards to this project, I have plans for the dwelling, and would like to solidify the city engineering/public works requirements before I finalize my plot plan and the contract with the Maloys.
The Covid 19 has made thing difficult for all of us, and face to face meetings are out of the question, so I am hoping we can work through this via email and phone conversations.
Let me know how you would like me to proceed and I'll get the ball rolling.
