The City requires the original copy for its records and will be released after final acceptance of the project, Please have you insurance company mail or hand deliver to City office, this needs to happen prior to start of construction on public infrastructure and material submittals. Thanks.

Morning Sam,

The Surety Bond is attached for your records. All 3 bidders were between $12k to 15k for the water and sewer connections.

My insurance company said $30k bond is pretty standard for this type of work so that's what I did.
