Good afternoon,

We have hit a dead end on getting an easement from both adjoining neighbors to allow a pipe to creamery creek for the storm water.

We will have to pump the gutter water to the street.

Are we going to need any type of special engineered plan for your review on this or is this something that we can field engineer?

If we do need engineering, would you be willing to release the permit to start construction noting that a approved design is submitted before final.
