I did a preliminary review this morning. Everything in Division II looks good and nothing jumped out at me that wouldn’t meet Div III standards. Sam or Gerald will be in touch if PW needs anything else but this will suffice for me to send the app around for department review.

Hi Dan,

Sorry for not filling that in. We would like a 1" meter. We will then run a 1 1/4" water line to the duplex. This was the recommendation of my plumber and the plumbing inspector.

Can you please clarify? If 1" and not 1.5" please provide a summary showing that pressure will be sufficient to serve both units. Thank you.
