Mr. Puffer,

You must go through the public records request process to obtain the information you seek. You started it and did not finish it. If you’d like to cull your request to something less broad than your original request, the cost would decrease as we only charge for the time and materials expended per state law. Again, City Recorder Teets is your point of contact for records requests (cteets@cityofmolalla.com). You have received responses to each of your inquiries. I understand you don’t like the responses you’ve received, but they are not going to change. Your neighbors have the same rights with their property that you do with yours, if you want to build a duplex on your property and you comply with the development code, you may do so and your neighbors have no right to weigh in on it unless you want them too. This will be my final email on this issue, you have been made aware of the process to obtain the records you requested, and all of your questions have been answered in multiple emails. Thank you.

Mac,

The only responses have been provided have been at a high level with little to no detail. The only site information provided in previous instances has reflected the drainage on a hand written plan that reflects drainage in the Southeasterly direction, further the sketched layout reflects the statement "slope grade away and to creek". Clearly these concerns should be addressed for the adjacent neighbors at the very least. A process like this should not be this difficult to provide forthcoming information. This was the request last year prior as you are aware. Your written response to the letter with plans will be appreciated.

The adjacent residents seek a full and clear response, and the plans that have been provided by the City raise the concerns that are valid and expressed.
