Documents have been released to Mrs. Carma Puffer earlier this morning.
As I noted in my previous email, you will not find a document named “Precise Grade Plan”, as it does not exist. What you are referring to is a not a requirement of the Molalla Municipal Code for the project at 118 N. Cole Avenue.
In addition, you requested “city feedback regarding the submitted plans and documents”. ORS 192.314(33) states that a “public body is not required to create a report in response to a records request”. If you would like feedback, please contact Mac Corthell, Planning Director, to schedule an appointment.

Thank you for your prompt response. I do not see a Precise Grade Plan on the listed documents and wanted to ask whether any of these documents have civil grading elevations that would reflect drainage. If you can indicate, it would be helpful.
If the plans can be made available, arrangements will be made to pick them up tomorrow.

The list of contents included in your Public Records Request are as follows:
A copy of the Precise Grading Plan that you refer to is not a document in the City’s possession. It is not required on this project according to Molalla Municipal Code, therefore it does not exist.
Staff time on this request was expended before I was able to contact you. Meaning, we did the work gathering the documents, and then it was too late. As this was my error, I have spoken with City Manager Huff, and payment due will be upon your discretion.
Please note that further Public Records Request regarding this property will include staff time. Collectively, staff has exhausted over 10+ hours on your request.

Thank you for indicating that the Records Request has been completed. I did not see this email until circling back on the request and saw that this had been replied to. Please list off what the contents are that are being made available since the request has been for plans, applications and other documents that have been submitted. Specifically, the Precise Grading Plan is of importance per previous requests.
- * Upon indicating the items that are being made available, a determination will be made on the requested additional amount of $108.78.
- * (It had been stated by the City in previous correspondence that IF the amount exceeded the $375.00 by more than $25 we would be notified prior to proceeding. Second attachment)
In any event, the information is appreciated, and it will be best that we know what we are getting ahead of the final payment that has been requested.
