Julie has been assigned this request and is hard at work fulfilling it. We read this as requesting everything that was “submitted” regarding 118 N Cole and are fulfilling based on that understanding. I also see that Mr. Puffer requested staff to comment on the records provided. This falls outside the public records law and planning will not be providing said commentary.

Attached you will find a PRR from Rick Puffer for 118 N. Cole.
Mac & Gerald, as Department Heads, I’ll let you decide which of your staff will participate in this request, or if you’ll handle it yourself.
We have received a payment of $375 to begin this request. Please keep track of your time. We charge on the .25 hour. If you have support staff help, please have them keep track of their time, as well. Once you begin, please let me know if you feel that this will take more than 4 hours of staff time. I will need to notify Mr. Puffer.
I would like all documents placed here: Y: > PUBLIC RECORDS REQUESTS > 118 N. Cole – Puffer Request. This way I can keep track of my time and the copies that are produced.
The clock begins today. This request is due no later than Friday, October 1st. That said, if we can fulfill sooner, that would be great.
