Just looking at the map quickly it looks like the triplex could be numbered 118 and the house on the other lot numbered 120. The next property to the north is 122.

Attached is
option/draft for placement of a triplex residential structure on the parcel being separated (flag lot behind 118 N. Cole Ave) The sketch is rough, not exactly to scale .. but wanting to get feedback from MRFD on placement, orientation and access. This draft has front doors/ garage doors all facing South .. and access driveway would be straight line off of N Cole Ave.
Please review, and advise of any Fire Department considerations to be handled. I can set a time to come into your office, if that would be best way to go over requirements and options.
ALSO — sending cc to Alice Cannon and Gerald Fisher at City of Molalla — so if they have questions/concerns about the orientation, we all can have input, etc.
We will also need advice/guidance on who handles the Street Address assignment .. we are considering either a duplex or triplex unit .. and there are NO AVAILABLE numbers for N. Cole Avenue between 118 N. Cole (property being partitioned) and 116 N. Cole (the next door neighbor on S side).
