Hi Aldo,

Please get with Dan tomorrow to issue the “special letter” that Clackamas County Building Department demands before they issue permits to build the residential house. If they have already received one and something else is not done, then please get with Brenda and then call Thomas Stout at 503.781.2195 to get him the info he needs to get his project going. He is under the understanding that the County wont issue a building permit until the PW Department signs off on the permit. Not sure what that means since we don’t issue building permits. Thanks and let me know if we need to discuss tomorrow.
