Gerald,

I started a file on the engineering drive for this single home. I also took a stab at calculation of the sdc’s. I wanted to check with you to make sure we are charging him correctly.

The SDC’s came to $20,871. In addition to this do we charge him $600 for the water hook up fee and $600 for the sewer hook up fee and then another $50 for the meter?

He’s coming back in the morning to pay all fees.
