It looks like you are getting ready to install your driveway access from Shirley. Please remember to call in for inspection when the forms are in place for curb, sidewalk, and driveway. The ADA guidelines are very restrictive and it works best to set your forms at 1.5% and 7.5% in order to achieve a max of 2% and 8.3% with the finished product.
