Hi Brenda,

Until I get accurate numbers of impervious surface and size of existing structures here is a rough estimate of SDC’s

Water = $0 they are not showing an upsizing of the existing service.

Sewer = $0 they are not showing an upsizing of the existing service.

Stormwater = $6,043 until I have actual numbers

Transportation = $11,063 until I have actual numbers

Parks = $0 commercial is exempt from parks sdc’s

Total rough estimate until I have the correct numbers is $17,106. When Sanitech can provide me with detailed proposed impervious surface areas and existing building information then I can provide a more refined SDC estimate. Thanks.
