Hey Melissa,

I attached the current site plan and commented on what needs to be on the updated.

Note: In my comments when I mention sidewalks are only needed to the building/primary entrances, I’m talking about onsite sidewalks. You still need sidewalks fronting your building on the public right-of-way.

SDC calculation:

Gerald calculates the SDC’s and in order from him to do that, he requires data.

What is going to be the total pavement area? (keep in mind to include the addition section that needs to be paved). The units would need to be shown in Square Feet. Once you give us the data, then he accurately calculate the SDC’s.
