As stated in the pre-app meeting.

  1. 1. There is water across the street so additional hydrants are not necessary.
  2. 2. Access will need to be provided to with in 150 feet of all portions of the first floor of the building.
  3. 3. Address numbers will need to be posted with numbers 4 inches in height with a stroke width of not less than one half inch. These must contrast with the background on which they sit.
  4. 4. Egress lighting/exit signing may be required. If needed I can help place it but it should be placed by the design engineer.
  5. 5. Fire extinguishers will be needed a minimum of one for each floor.
