There are a few items Engineering needs to process your PW Permit.

1. Do you have an engineer’s estimate for the public works construction piece?

2. Please fill out the PW Permit form (attached).

3. Do you have a contractor or will it be you?

4. We will need to have a precon before you start work.

5. The requirements are spelled out in the public works design and construction standards chapter 1.

6. We will also need a performance bond in the amount of 125% of the public improvements.
