Hey Eric,

I attached the invoice for the PW Fees. I also attached the PW construction permit that needs to be filled out. The site plan looks completed.

Keep in mid the Fire Marshal comments. They are in the planning conditions in the Findings of Facts and Decision attachment. As a reminder from a previous email, Clackamas County reviews building, electrical, mechanical, grading, and plumbing. Permits will need to be taken out for the building code department, plumbing, electrical and grading. Once you have the county permits, PW will require a preconstruction meeting before any work is done.
