This is a conversion of an existing restaurant to a new restaurant. This is not a change in use so no additional impacts to public facilities. They will be required to demonstrate that the facility has a grease trap. If one does not exist then they will be conditioned by Public Works to install a grease trap and perform regular maintenance and cleaning of the facility. We have no other comments for this tenant improvement. Thanks.
