Hello David,

Will PGE be relocating their utility pole before running conduit? Per Condition of Approval.

1. Specific Requirements to This Site:

A. Street:

2. Robbins Street: Robbins Street is local street under City of Molalla jurisdiction. Current right-of-way width is 60 feet and approximate pavement width is 35 feet. Local streets ( w/PK) require 50 feet of right-of-way and 34 feet of pavement. Applicant will not be required to dedicate right-of-way and road improvements are already complete. Applicant will be required to dedicate a 10-foot-wide public utility easement along the frontage if one does not exist. Applicant will be required to relocate existing utility pole into newly dedicated public utility easement.

Providing storm drainage through curb weep hole if fine, you will need to core drill the hole in curbing, See attached file on sidewalk replacement. Concrete mix design and Inspection of forms & base rock is require prior to pouring the sidewalk. Please let me know if you have any questions.

We should be done by the end of the year. Plan is to do sewer and water connections in the next 2 weeks. The plumber will give me a day when he calls back. PGE design lady has yet to verify our electrical connection conduit. I plan on moving ahead on everything else. What is the best plan of action for taking out a section of sidewalk and drilling the rain drain weep hole. I presume those are my responsibilities. What are the city requirements if any? Thanks David

David,

Do you have a completion date in mind or a updated schedule. So I can update your permit. Thanks.

Yes we will need the one time extension for hookup. PGE has really complicated what should have been a simple process.

Thanks again David

Hello David,

As long as the water is ran through the meter, I fine with your Plumber connection to the back side for water access.

On a side note can we get a hose connection at the water meter. I was told to talk to you.

We are held up by PGE. They were 4 to 6 months to move the pole, we are now at 4 months. I guess I was unaware about a time on sewer connection. All permits are active with regular inspections. We are at finish sheetrock on interior walls. Thanks David

Good Afternoon David,

Just following up with the Public Works Permit PW28-2020. Wondering where we sit for completion. Permit expired back on 9/30/2020. I haven’t received any inspection requests for sanitary sewer connection with cleanout, water service, relocation of utility pole, Storm weep hole or sidewalk replacement. Let me know if you need more time. I can give you a onetime extension on the permit. Thanks.
