They were notified that the water service crossed their property during the pre-app and application process and noted that their building would have to stay off the line or they could work with the other property owner to reroute a new service line alongside the new building location. The private easement is considered a private issue. If the property owners through breaking up properties and not dedicating private easements did not work this out then they will now have to do it.

Gerald and Alice,

Adam alerted me to a situation that emerged in the field today.

315 N Molalla (backside of 317 parcel) receives water from a meter in located front of 114 Robbins Ave. There is another stub on the property where they will be connecting for water. Apparently, the meter feeding 315 is located where Farner was planning on moving the utility pole. I do not see any easements for the service from survey work done on these properties via CCSIS.

Something to chew on for tomorrow.
