If he has to produce a different/separate drawing for you, we will want to be sure we have a chance to review and stamp every drawing they submit to you before you take it in.

You may want to follow up with him to tell him he’ll need to do that. We lost trust with this particular building owner. The contractor is an okay guy, in general…but we haven’t established trust with the owner.
