Good morning Ms. Marshall:

We have completed our review of the Office Building at 114 Robbins Street. We are ready to have you or Mr. Farner pick up the authorization letter and pay the required fees.

Here are the final conditions placed on your building permit plans:

  1. 1. All improvements shall be constructed in conformance with plans approved plans stamped and approved by Alice Cannon on August 21 or August 22.

 

  1. 2. Prior to final inspection, the applicant shall:

 

    1. a. Relocate existing utility pole from its existing location in the sidewalk into the newly dedicated public utility easement.
    2. b. Connect to existing storm system or provide drainage through curb weep holes.
    3. c. Connect to existing sewer lateral and coordinate with Molalla Public Works for repair of the lateral under the sidewalk. Install property line cleanout.

Prior to release of the Building Permit Authorization letter, the City will require the payment of the following fees:

  1. 1. $50 Site Plan Review application – this covers the fees for the just completed building permit authorization review. We normally collect this at time of application submittal. In June, when Mr. Farner submitted this Site Review Application, he stated that he had already paid this fee. Upon some research, the City discovered found that Mr. Farner had paid the $1,500 Design Review application submitted on March 12, 2019, but not the Site Review application fee.

 

  1. 2. $10,292 for System Development Charges for sanitary sewer, stormwater, and transportation. (a breakdown of these fees are attached). These fee calculations are effective, until December 31, 2019.

 

This totals to $10,342. You may pay via check or credit card.
