Good morning.

This is a 1,400 single story office building next to an existing fast food restaurant. There is water within the requirements of the fire code so no additional hydrants will be required. We discussed access in a preapplication meeting a few months back. He should be able to satisfy access requirements if he follows his access plan. There was some discussion regarding access with the possibility of future expansion. However, with nothing being se t in stone at this point, we will have to that bridge when we come to it.

I have on file from the previous meetings.

Good morning Gerald and Mike:

With all of the back and forth with Mr. Farner over different details, I don’t think we have received full comments from PW or Fire yet on his building permit authorization/site plan review application (including SDS calculations, etc). Mr. Farner’s office manager sent me this updated plan and application packet submittal – containing all the plans they will submit to Clackamas County.

I look forward to receiving your comments.

Alice
