Hi Gerald:

I have a few questions, because these appear to be the same conditions you gave us during the land use application in March…..maybe you sent me the wrong attachment. If you meant to send me the same comments as back in March, here are my questions:

  1. 1. Applicant will be required to dedicate a 10-foot-wide public utility easement along the frontage if one does not exist.

 

Question: Did Mr. Farner take care of this yet? I thought I heard him say he had already submitted the PUC dedication to you. Let me know.

  1. 2. City Streets: An 8-inch storm main exists on the north side of Robbins Street. Applicant will be required to connect to existing storm system or provide drainage through curb weep holes from onsite detention facility.

 

Question: Did the submitted plans show sufficient detail to satisfy this requirement? Does the applicant need to apply for a PW permit or anything else to satisfy this requirement?

  1. 3. Applicant will be required to connect to existing sewer lateral and coordinate with Public Works for repair of the lateral under the sidewalk. Applicant will be required to install property line cleanout.

 

Question: Did the submitted plans show sufficient detail to satisfy this requirement? Does the applicant need to apply for a PW permit or anything else to satisfy this requirement?

  1. 4. A 6-inch waterline main exists on Robbins Street and a service lateral serves the site. This site has not been connected during the last master plan cycle and was not accounted for in the number of utility connections. Applicant will be required to connect to existing water lateral.

 

Question: Did the submitted plans show sufficient detail to satisfy this requirement? Does the applicant need to apply for a PW permit or anything else to satisfy this requirement?

  1. 5. SDCs: I think you want me to use the same SDC calculations you calculated with the land use application….the ones I referenced by email yesterday. Do those get paid prior to issuance of this Building Permit Authorization, like normal?

 

  1. 6. Do you have any specific conditions relating to the PGE pole relocation? I assume PGE will move it. Is a permit required for this work?...or do you have any conditions?
