The City does want the PGE pole relocated into the PUE and outside of the ROW so that it is behind the sidewalk like the one to the west in front of Muchas Gracias at 112 Robbins Street. There will be no design job required for your new 200 amp service. The existing transformer can handle the additional load. I have attached a hand sketch so that you can see how the service is to be run. Fill free to contact me with any questions.
